New York City Metropolitan Museum - General

We spent most of a day at the Met - my first time there, and what a wonderful collection - and a great building

Lobby of old and new buildings, with sculpture gardens

There is so much there, it's hard to know where to start, so with a peaceful Buddha

Then a huge Egyptian exhibit, dug from the earth 100 years ago by the Met's own people
